Meet Todd Hoffmeyer
First of all, my name is Todd Hoffmeyer, notably a Certified Master Inspector at Top Choice Home Inspections. I am a qualified, dedicated, knowledgeable home inspector. I have always believed that a home inspection is one of the most important aspects of a home purchase. I understand a home purchase will affect you and your family for many years. I keep that in the forefront of my mind when performing a home inspection.
What is a Certified Master Inspector?
Experienced
All CMIs® have completed at least 1,000 inspections and/or hours of training and education combined.
Educated
All CMIs® have completed professional education prior to being approved.
Established
All CMIs® have been in the inspection business for at least three years prior to becoming Board-Certified.
Vetted
All CMIs® have agreed to submit to periodic criminal background checks.
Professional
All CMIs® abide by the inspection industry's toughest Code of Ethics.
